This facility will service a large range of clients, from large and small Hospitals, to the smallest doctor or dentist office. Our Facility will service from Erie Pa. to Cleveland, Akron and Columbus Ohio down through Morgantown WV and out to State College PA.
The MWR operation utilizes the MMT-3000, which is a chemical/grinding process that renders a generator's infectious waste as non-infectious and unrecognizable without using any harmful chemicals or generating any air or water emissions. The new facility will utilize two (2) PIWS 3000 processing units, which can process 2000 Lbs per hr. The state of the art grinding process enables MWR to lower the waste by 70% of it's original volume. Wastes that can be processed are used and un-used sharps and all red bag waste.
MWR can provide disposal for Pathological, Chemotherapeutic and has a program for Pharmaceutical Waste Streams. These wastes are stored in corrugated boxes and transported for disposal to an incinerator by DEP regulation.
MWR is able to give Clients a pick-up service at a reduced cost, because of the low operating cost of the technology. Additionally, all of your facilities will be given new plastic waste storage containers in various configurations. We have 28, 32 and 38 Gallon reusable toters for all your storage needs.
